Saint Aidan’s Association

Saint Aidan’s Association – Our Parent Teacher & Friends Association

On behalf of the Parent Teacher & Friends Association (PTFA), we would like to welcome you to Saint Aidan’s Church of England High School.

Who are we?

We are a friendly, hard-working group of parents, teachers and staff who organise events throughout the year. We do this to raise money, to provide extras, which support and enrich the school’s broad curriculum.

We also support the school at various events and facilitate closer links between home and school.

How have we contributed?

We have raised £10,000s over the years and bought minibuses, scientific equipment, musical instruments, magazine subscriptions, audio and video equipment. You name it, we’ve probably funded it in some way or other.

How can you get involved?

There are lots of ways to help, even a little bit of your time can make a big difference; it’s usually fun and always rewarding.

How To Help Your Child

All parents and carers are automatically members of the Saint Aidan’s PTFA when their children join the School; you can then choose if you want to get involved

Helping Out Is Easy

There are loads of ways to join in, such as coming along to meetings, helping at an event and many more. If you would like to get involved, simply email it to us at association@st-aidans.lancs.sch.uk

Meeting Dates

Our monthly meetings start at 7:00pm, they last about 45 minutes, and for ease, are completed both virtually and in person. For more information, please contact us on association@st-aidans.lancs.sch.uk
